As a 13years experience international sales for சமையலறை கத்தி தொழிற்சாலை,I have got many many orders from difference customers and grow up with our customers.A lot of them are not only my customers,but also my friend and family.

This is a customer who want to sale the child knife on Amazon,but she did not have a lot of money,and she is very business with her family,because she have 5 children.Then serendipity stepped in,she got my contact number in website,she go through our website and contact with me,she said our factory’s kitchen knife set is very interesting,she want to purchase a knife set for children.Since our சமையலறை கத்தி தொகுப்பு is stainless steel knife set,that will hurt children,means our present சமையலறை கத்தி தொகுப்பு is not suitable for her store.

She take my second suggestion,but the problem is she did not have enough budget to make a new mould and her order quantity is 1000sets only,and she wants 6 colors to test the market.I did not agree with her,because it will be a big lose if we take this order,we have to spent more than USD5000 for new mould,and there are too many colors.
4days later,she contact with me again,she said she would rather to share USD1000 mould charge with us,if the business is successful,
She will build long term cooperation business with us.To be honest,I like this customer,she is polite and she seems very honest to me.
So I decide to help her.
We spend USD4000 to make the new plastic knife base on our present knife,and spend more than 1 months focus on the design of the knife set,we make it become 3 size,6 colors.After make 3D sample by 6 times,finally,the customer confirm the final product with us.
After 2 months,the mass production kitchen knife set is come out,we send it to our customer by LCL,for this order,totally I lose more than USD7000.
2 months later,my customer contact with me again,she said people love this product a lot,and she decide to purchase 5000sets.
After send the reorder to her.she place new orders 10000sets to us again after 1 month.
For now,she have already order more than 200000sets monthly.And she have expend her business for more than 50 items with our plastic kitchen knife.Now every US family know this brand “TOVLA”,Walmart,target and so on invite her brand sell into their supermarket.
