Order processing time: All orders will be processed within 3 to 5 business days after receipt of your order confirmation email (excluding weekends and holidays). 

Delivery time: 15-50 days.  

Loading port: Guangzhou/Shenzhen  

International freight: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) which will be imposed once the goods arrive in your destination country/region.  The company is not responsible for these costs and is your responsibility as the customer.  

Order Status Tracking: When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number that you can use to track the status.  Please provide tracking information within 48 hours.
