If your Utility knife factory is not professional,or you confirm the wrong sample?Or they did not sent you sample to confirm before they start the mass production,that will make the manufacturer produce the wrong kitchen knife.

1. If you have confirm the correct sample,but the factory produce the wrong kitchen knife,that is the responsible of your manufacturer,you have to insist that they remake the whole shipment.At the same time,ask your customer give you longer delivery time and promise that will not happen next time again.
2. If the factory did not send you sample to confirm before they make the mass production kitchen knife set,that is the factory’s fault,you can ask them to rework or remake the whole order kitchen knife set too.
3. If the factory sent you the wrong sample and you did not realize that,both of you and your manufacturer have responsible,if so,you have two choice to settle the problems.A.Talk with your customer,make discount to him,if he accept your offer and your goods,you ask the factory to share half lost with you.B.Ask the factory to rework or remake the kitchen knife and you share half of the production cost with them.
